I had a great time on the weekend playing with Laique at the Bellingen Jazz Festival. Thanks to Graham and Alice who hosted Gerard and me.
We played 3 gigs over two days and mingled and jammed with some amazing musos, including Peter Baylor, John Delaney, John Maddox, Nigel Date, Nick Haywood and many more. It was also great to play with Will Eager again who has just had a baby with his wife, Rebecca Craner.
The band has heaps of new tunes, many of which are written by star song-writing duo, Sam Vincent (also our bassist) and Dave Megarrity. Hopefully we will get a chance to do some recording soon.
